The goal of the LET US THINK GREEN project is to increase awareness and knowledge about sustainability, clean, and green environment, including water sources, beaches, atmosphere, in partner countries and the EU. A team interested in sustainability, sorting, renewable natural resources, and the preservation of a clean planet was invited for a discussion in Marijampolė. The team consisted of youth workers, educators, and volunteers.
They exchanged environmentally-friendly good practices and ideas. One of them is to organize a green exhibition and conference. There are also plans for local-level project partnerships in the field of environmental protection. The project involves 5 non-governmental organizations from various European regions (Turkey, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, and Bulgaria). Partner countries collaborate to achieve the goals outlined in the European Union’s Green Deal strategy.
