TaboOff is a youth exchange project dedicated to important taboo topics, including sexuality, mental, reproductive health, and more. Our goal is to promote discussions based on courage, acceptance, and empathy, where young people from Latvia, Portugal, and Lithuania can openly talk about important and sometimes difficult topics. With our wonderful team, we aim to create a safe environment where young people can share their emotions, experiences, and opinions, learning from others’ experiences and perspectives. The main topics to be discussed include mental health, emotional trauma, reproductive health, and sexuality. We strive to promote the ability to express emotions, build emotional resilience, and better cope with life’s challenges, while also listening and empathizing with others

The age of the participants: 16 – 17, leader 18+ years old

Number of participants: 10 participants + 1 leader

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
