FAQ Before The Project

Erasmus+ exchanges and training courses are initiatives funded by the European Union (EU) to promote youth mobility, international cooperation, and personal development. The exchanges allow young people to experience different cultures, improve their language skills, and learn from one another in a supportive and inclusive environment. A week-long activity can involve young people of 13-30 years old.

On the other hand, training courses offer opportunities for those working with young people to enhance their professional skills, gain new knowledge, and exchange best practices with peers from different countries. These courses can cover a wide range of topics, such as intercultural communication, project management, non-formal education, or entrepreneurship. The courses are usually held over a few days or a week and involve a combination of theoretical and practical sessions, as well as opportunities for networking and exchanging experiences with other participants.

Both exchanges and training courses provide opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as for building a network of international contacts. The experiences and skills gained through these initiatives can be beneficial for the participants’ future careers, as well as for their communities and the wider society.
