1. I just came back from the project, what is next?

We would love to hear about your experience! Sharing your thoughts and opinions with us through a review would mean the world to us and our partnering organizations. Your feedback helps us improve and create even better experiences for future participants.

2. When and how will the travel cost be reimbursed?

It depends on when you and the hosting organization are able to submit all the travel documents and information. Don’t worry, though! This process usually takes around 2 months, so you’ll have plenty of time to get everything sorted out.

3. Are there post-return activities or meetings for participants?

For the most part, you can expect a clear plan for what comes next after the project. But in case you don’t find the information in the infopack, don’t worry! The hosting organization will be happy to guide you on what to do next. And no matter what, sharing your experiences and spreading the word about your project is always a great idea!
