Don’t stress about it! Most participants are non-native speakers, so language learning is a big part of the Erasmus+ program. You may be surprised at how much your English improves during the youth exchange or training course.

For the best experience in a youth exchange or training course, it’s best to bring an open mind, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. It’s also helpful to be flexible and adaptable. Each project will have its own list of what is useful to bring, but generally it’s recommended to pack comfortable clothes and shoes, as well as personal essentials like toiletries, towels, and any necessary medication.

Oh wow! You’re in for a treat! Participating in the intercultural environment is such a fun experience. Every project has a cultural night where you’ll get to show off your country’s traditions. Don’t forget to bring some traditional snacks and drinks to share. It’s a great opportunity to showcase your culture and try new things from other countries. Get ready for a memorable time!

Usually there is an indication about traveling in the infopack. if you’re traveling by plane or bus, the infopack will provide all the details on how to get to the exact location. Do not hesitate to reach out to the hosting organization, if local transportation seems unclear. Just remember, don’t buy any tickets until you’ve received confirmation from us. And don’t worry, if you need help organizing your trip, our travelers will be there to help you.

No worries! Accommodation and food are typically covered during the youth exchange or training course. The only cost during the mobility you may have is for transportation, but don’t worry, these expenses are usually reimbursed after the project is completed.

Unfortunately, the projects only cover the cost of public transportation. But you can still make the most of the experience and take advantage of all the opportunities the project has to offer!

Typically, you can stay two days before and two days after the project. However, if you would like to stay longer, check with the hosting organization to see if that’s possible. They’ll be able to give you the green light and let you know any additional details. Just keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for all expenses during the extra days, but don’t worry, your travel tickets will be taken care of!

When it comes to hairdryers, towels, and toiletries, it’s usually included or mentioned in the project information package (infopack). If it’s not specified there, no worries! You can reach out to the hosting organization and ask them directly. They’ll be happy to help!
