Exciting news from the “PRO Facilitators” Training Course in Bansko, Bulgaria! Hosted by @WalkTogether Bulgaria from December 11th to 20th, 2023, participants from various countries gathered to enhance their facilitation skills.
Covering topics such as facilitation skills, attitudes, and knowledge, group dynamics, problem-solving, and standards of facilitation in the EU, the course utilized Non-Formal Education (NFE) methods like theatre, drawing, peer-to-peer learning, open discussions, and other creative activities.
The training produced fantastic results: strengthened partnerships, improved knowledge, skills, and attitudes, experience in diverse group work, and acquisition of new practical methods and theories. Participants also benefited from daily articles and videos documenting their learning and collaboration.
