The “TeeNatural Life” Youth Exchange project focuses on the critical issue of technology addiction, particularly its impact on the lives of young people aged 18- 30. As the world becomes increasingly digital, the negative e ects of technology on mental and physical well-being are becoming more pronounced. This project aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage these challenges e ectively. By engaging in crisis and stress management, survival training, cultural exchanges, and time management workshops, participants will develop a holistic approach to overcoming technology dependence. Additionally, through team activities and immersive English-speaking environments, they will enhance their communication skills and broaden their cultural understanding, fostering a sense of social resilience.
Age of participants: 18-30, leader 18+
Dates: October 1-10
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project
