The age of the participants: 18-30, leader 18+.
The aim of this exchange is to develop skills on gender and equality issues, through knowledge about realities that contribute to inequalities; raise awareness of gender violence and other forms of discrimination; develop critical thinking for the way genders are experienced and portrayed; identify and explore key concepts and key elements in the gender debate today; contribute to changing behaviors and mentalities within the scope of gender equality;
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
