It is aimed to promote the Traditional Turkish Cuisine Culture
more effectively in our country and in the world, to gain equipment by providing cultural interaction in the international arena, to break the prejudiced approach to Turkish cuisine culture in terms of name and appearance.
In order for the young generation to digest both their own culinary culture and the international cuisine culture, a teaching will be held with the union of the young people in order to keep the interest of the young people fresh by synthesizing the opportunities provided by the past culinary culture and the developing technology
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
