The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every thought, word, and behavior affects our greater health and well-being. And we, in turn, are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.
Body & Mind is centered around several key concepts:
Helping you connect with nature through at least 2 hikes.
Learning to cook and eat healthily with participants taking turns and exploring plant-based diets.
Discovering the connection between body, mind, and our general well-being by experimenting with meditation, yoga, mindfulness, massages, and more.
The age of the participants: 18-30 years old
Accommodation during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
