Welcome to Balsika – Non-violent Communication! Join us for an extraordinary journey where music becomes a bridge to empathy and understanding. With over 40 musicians from 8 countries, immerse yourself in 7 days and nights of peer-to-peer learning, 12 nonviolent communication workshops, and 7 street concerts.

Our youth exchange project brings together organizations and artists dedicated to empowering young people with limited opportunities. Through the universal language of music, we aim to foster connections and cultivate empathy among participants.

During our gathering, emphasis will be placed on developing individual competencies and practicing nonviolent communication techniques. Whether through music, acting, or hands-on activities, every participant will gain invaluable experiences to enrich their local communities.

Join us as we harness the power of music and peer learning to create positive change and build a more harmonious world.
