I confirm my commitment to the following terms: Upon confirmation of my participation, I'll buy my travel tickets within five days, while having my travel plan approved by the hosting organisation. I'm fully aware, having read the infopack and understood the content of it. I am aware that failure to meet the deadlines set of both the sending and hosting organizations could result in the immediate termination of my project involvement without prior notification or refund. I pledge to fully engage in the project, which includes self-preparation, completion of all remote tasks, full-time participation, and active involvement in the evaluation process. It's my responsibility to obtain health and travel insurance, and even though I've informed about my special needs, I hold personal accountability for my health. I grant Tavo Europa and the hosting organization the right to utilize any photos and materials from the project. *

1. I confirm that I read infopack and I am fully aware of the content.
2. I commit myself to participate in the whole process, including: to prepare myself carefully for the project; to do all remote preparation work the team will ask for; to take part in the full duration of the project; to participate in the whole evaluation process.
3. I am aware that obtaining health and travel insurance is my own responsibility and at my own expense. I understand that the information I provided on my special needs does not remove my own personal responsibility for ensuring my own health.
4. I authorize Tavo Europa and the hosting organization of this event to publish, in any form and in any medium, including photos and other materials created at project
5. I will respect the deadline for booking tickets.
