Technology addiction is an impulse control disorder characterized by excessive use of mobile devices, the internet, or video games despite negative consequences. It can lead to various neurological, psychological, and social problems such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, restlessness, and poor self-care. However, limiting technology in today’s age may seem difficult. Nevertheless, there are ways to address it and support young people in using technology more consciously. These include awareness and education, setting boundaries, encouraging offline activities, building a support network, and practicing self-care. By implementing these strategies, individuals can develop healthier relationships with technology.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
