Embark on a transformative 9-day training course, blending travel and education for youth workers focused on enhancing mental well-being in young minds. Recognizing mental health as a fundamental human right, especially crucial during adolescence, the course emphasizes attitudes, knowledge, and skills essential for effective mental health management. Our project guides youth workers in addressing emotional and mental health needs, empowering them to guide young individuals in their communities towards well-being and seeking assistance when needed. The training unfolds across four key areas: Identity, Relations, Social, and Emotions, with non-formal activities tailored to the 45’ School Format. Join us in shaping resilient, emotionally intelligent communities through the lens of mental health education.

The age of the participants: 18+ years old
