Location: Paralimni, Cyprus

The seminar will focus on achieving the following objectives:
(a) Increase awareness of the positive impact of non-formal learning and the efforts of NGOs in supporting youths and communities.
(b) Develop the “learning to learn” competence of youth workers,
with the primary aim of inspiring youths and local communities to create opportunities for solidarity and inclusion.
(c) Provide a safe and educational space for learning, encouraging the sharing of experiences and knowledge among al participants,
regardless of their skills or backgrounds, while promoting non-formal learning through inclusive practices.
(d) Explore and understand the value of intercultural learning and
dialogue as tools for addressing global challenges.
(e) Create tangible and intangible results that will ensure the
sustainability and long-term impact of the project.
The seminar is structured to be intensive and demanding, requiring full attendance and active participation from al participants. Sessions will begin at 9:30 AM and conclude around 7:00 PM.

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
