Location: Buzau, Romania

This project aims to provide youth workers with innovative methods to develop the circular economy as a tool for promoting sustainability. The primary goal is to enhance the competencies of youth workers, enabling them to understand and apply the principles of the circular economy in their daily work with young people. Additionally, the project seeks to deepen the understanding of sustainable consumption and foster an inclusive green economy. Creativity and innovation will also be encouraged to help implement circular economy practices and opportunities in the daily lives of young people. As an expected outcome, the project will deliver a collection of tools, methods, and action plans aimed at promoting sustainability and the circular economy. The methodology is based on non-formal education techniques, including presentations, world café discussions, theatre, debates, simulations, and video creation. Activities will include preparation, introductions, team-building exercises, plenary and team workshops, outdoor activities, intercultural evenings, visits, and reflection and evaluation sessions, all structured according to a detailed agenda.

Dates: February 04-13
 
Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge. Travel expenses will be reimbursed after the project.
