The age of the participants: 18+

A 9-day Training Course (TC) under the Erasmus+ program, hosted by CIAS LA Guilla in Palermo, Italy, will gather 29 youth workers from nine countries: Italy, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Portugal, Slovakia, Turkey, Bulgaria, and the Netherlands, along with nine group leaders. The TC aims to select participants from various backgrounds, including those interested in the arts and individuals with a migrant background or living in disadvantaged areas. Activities during the TC will encompass energizers, dance, and theater techniques to boost self-awareness, a reflection on the relevance of the Oedipus tragedy in modern times, visits to local centers working with marginalized youth, and the use of theater and musical dances for intercultural dialogue. These activities intend to promote personal growth and address contemporary challenges 

Accommodation during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
