During the days of June 14-19, 2023, in the heart of Łódź, Poland, we participated in the vibrant initiative called Contact Making Event and project development activity “From Balkans to Baltics”.
Throughout this energetic project, we delved into the realities of youth mental health work, assessed project quality within Erasmus+, explored the new tools and opportunities offered by the program, and implemented mobility projects to support disadvantaged youth. Moreover, we fostered an atmosphere of cross-cultural understanding and forged lasting international partnerships.
The project aimed to empower organizations in building trusted networks for future strategic youth projects partnerships. Achieving this, we:
– Explored the realities of youth mental health work, studying similarities and differences among participating countries.
– Examined the quality of youth work under Erasmus+.
– Discovered youth development tools under the new program.
– Increased the involvement of disadvantaged youth in Erasmus+ mobility projects.
– Cultivated an atmosphere of mutual understanding among diverse cultures and working styles.
– Shared best practices in youth work and project management, promoting international partnerships and non-formal education tools.
Despite minor challenges, the project was a success, effectively achieving its goals.
