This training is designed to foster open dialogue and a deeper understanding of diversity. It aims to create a supportive and inclusive environment, equipping participants with practical methods to encourage volunteers, mentors, and youth workers to recognize and engage with individuals who have fewer opportunities. Participants will learn to identify both internal and external impacts of their work, and will be provided with a step-by-step guide on how to implement inclusive activities effectively.
