This training course is designed for 24 aspiring youth workers aged 18-30 who are just starting their journey in international youth work. This program will provide you with the tools and skills necessary to bring your Erasmus+ Youth Exchange idea to life while keeping in mind the standards and core values of the programme.
Over the course of 7 action-packed days, you will participate in engaging workshops, information transfer, fun team activities, and Erasmus+ Youth Exchange proposal writing sessions. You’ll also get the chance to step into the role of a facilitator by implementing your own activities.
