Location: Šibenik-Knin County, Croatia

This training is aimed at strengthening the use of socio-relational
skills of young people and youth workers. The benefits of using a
relational approach are well known, thanks to multiple scientific
researches in the context of school teaching, but for some time a lot of attention has also been paid to complex Organisations and
Institutions and the workplace. As a particular choice, this project is dedicated to the ones working with young, disadvantaged, vulnerable, unoccupied, and socio-emotional needs of young people. Those youth workers, in the NGO or not-for-profit Associations, will learn and acquire emotional skills as tools to cope with their targets.
