The project partners aim to approach education to combat discrimination based on a theory that will bring a certain educational plus because it will allow a careful and in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of discrimination is that of “broken windows” (George L. Kelling, James Q. Wilson, 1982), born in the confluence of experimental psychology with sociology, a theory that teaches the lesson of cause and effect, the inevitable consequences of words and deeds and argues that initially small mistakes, neglect lead to abandonment, lack of civility , immoral or illegal behavior. The operational objectives are to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the theory of broken windows and how to apply it on the issue of discrimination; to increase their working skills with young people by experimenting with methods, techniques, types of activities for applying the theory of broken windows to the problem of discrimination and etc.

The age of the participants: 18+ years old. 

Accommodation and meals during the project will be free of charge, travel expenses will be reimbursed upon return.
