Location: Predeal, Romania

The primary goal of this project is to explore diverse non-formal learning methods that youth workers can implement in their activities with young people. Participants will gain a clear understanding of non-formal learning and how it differs from formal and informal learning. They will acquire knowledge of various methods, such as role-playing, group discussions, simulations, and creative workshops, while also learning to identify the contexts in which these methods are most effective. The program will focus on designing and adapting non-formal learning activities to suit the needs of different youth groups and improving facilitation techniques for effective implementation. Additionally, participants will develop skills to engage and motivate young people, collaborate with others, and communicate effectively. The training will also teach participants how to collect and utilize feedback from participants to refine future activities.
