This project aims to enhance the skills of youth workers and strengthen organizational capacity. It addresses two key issues: integrating migrants into the European labor market and reducing EU unemployment. By training youth workers, we aim to smooth the entry of refugees and migrants into European socio-economic systems. The program focuses on increasing youth workers’ competence in handling migration crises and integrating refugees, providing targeted training to tackle these challenges effectively.
