Hey,
I am Sonata, a graduate of Social Pedagogy and Ethics at Vytautas Magnus University. I have been working as a teacher of ethics and psychology in Trakai Vytautas Magnus Gymnasium for three years. During this time, I have gained a lot of valuable experience, which allows me to create meaningful and inspiring lessons every day.
It is important for me not only to impart knowledge, but also to help students grow as individuals, to understand and discover their own values and to make responsible decisions. In my lessons I often encourage students to think critically, share their opinions and feelings, and find common solutions by working in groups. I value the uniqueness of each student and try to give them a space where they can feel heard and respected.
In addition to my daily lessons, I actively participate in various events that help broaden students’ horizons and encourage them to take an interest in ethics, psychology, personal growth and development. I also encourage students to take part in competitions, debates and projects where they can not only test their knowledge but also develop teamwork skills and responsibility.
My work is not just about teaching – it is about building community, helping students to discover their place in this world and to become responsible, empathetic people. I believe that everyone has the potential to make a positive change, and my goal is to help students to discover this potential.
We Couldn’t Do It Without Them
