From November 21st to 24th, 2024, the University of Calabria became the meeting ground for 24 organizations from 16 countries, united in their shared goal of fostering collaboration within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. This four-day event brought together project managers, volunteers, and other representatives of European NGOs to form partnerships and develop innovative ideas in the Key Action 1 (KA1) and Key Action 2 (KA2)
of Erasmus+.
The event was a dynamic blend of networking and creativity. Participants introduced their work, shared best practices, and explored potential synergies. Informal moments allowed for deeper connections and the exchange of ideas in an intercultural environment, reinforcing the value of collaboration beyond formal sessions.
The latter half of the gathering was dedicated to exploring new project ideation strategies, brainstorming, and project development. Guided sessions encouraged participants to refine their proposals, ensuring alignment with Erasmus+ priorities while addressing pressing social and educational needs of their local communities.
The partners developed several great project ideas that they are keen on working on for the following deadline in March 2025.
