Picture this: 25 enthusiastic youth workers from Portugal, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Greece, Romania, and Hungary. The goal? Boost our facilitation skills, get more confident in our roles, and cook up fresh ideas for Erasmus+ projects. We came back not just with memories but with a bunch of insights that’ll shape what we do next.
