I move I learn – training course in Czech republic

We’re excited to share some important updates from our recent international experience! In early July, our dedicated team from Lithuania traveled to the Czech Republic to participate in a highly regarded training course called “I Move, I Learn.” This event focused on the intersection of physical activity and non-formal education, offering our team an invaluable opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge in these critical areas.

Over the course of a week, our team engaged in a series of interactive workshops and training sessions, all aimed at deepening their understanding of how physical activity can be effectively integrated into youth work and education. They learned about the significant impact that active learning methods can have on personal development and how to create inclusive environments through sports.

The “I Move, I Learn” training also served as a powerful networking opportunity. Our team connected with like-minded professionals and experts from across Europe, forming relationships that could lead to future collaborations in the field of youth work and sports. These connections are essential for broadening our impact and staying at the forefront of non-formal education practices.

In addition to bringing back a wealth of knowledge, everyone has created the resource of a book to share the methods. This resource is designed to be a practical guide for educators, youth workers, and anyone interested in leveraging physical activity to foster personal growth and learning.
