Tavo Europa together with partners from Romania, Italy and Turkey over the upcoming 18 months will implement Erasmus+ KA2 project Open to Change. During the second partner meeting, we have agreed on further steps of implementation with high hopes to provide our youth workers with an opportunity to have a training course in Verona in May!
Throughout the project, we aim to support social participation and commitment among 16 youth workers from the partner countries who will review youth participation in organisations’ programs. They will design and implement process changes through sharing practices, concepts and activities, resulting in more efficient and coherent educational programs in the field of youth participation. Knowledge and competencies will be disseminated among 36 disadvantaged youths from the partner countries which will create and implement 12 youth-led projects promoting participation and community involvement.
